FestivalHeld each August at the Cheyenne Depot Museum, Depot Days celebrates Cheyenne's deep railroad roots with exclusive access to the UP Steam Shop—home of the legendary Big Boy 4014—along with immersive exhibits and model railroads. The vendor Emporium takes place at the downtown Cheyenne Depot. Retail and food vendors must provide their own insurance; set up and maintain booths with their own equipment and materials (no electricity available); remain for the entire event length or forfeit future consideration; and collect and report their own sales tax to Wyoming.

FestivalThe 130th Cheyenne Frontier Days runs in July in Cheyenne — a major rodeo festival with an exhibitor and vendor marketplace alongside the rodeo events. Food vendors work through a separate concessionaire; craft and product vendors apply directly. Known as the "Daddy of 'em All," this is a high-traffic, established event drawing serious foot traffic during one of the West's largest rodeos.

Each vendor receives a welcome gift, and the expo partners with a local nonprofit to assist with load-in and load-out — you can also tip them directly. All raffle proceeds go to that nonprofit. One MLM company per booth (unless vendors are split between separate mall sections). Electricity available for an additional fee. Cancellations made two weeks prior can be credited toward a future expo within a year.
