All-edible products only — seasonal produce, meats, flowers, and more from farmers, ranchers, and food artisans practicing sustainable, natural, or organic methods within 150 miles of Dallas County. Vendors sell direct to the community.

The State Fair of Texas is the largest state fair in the country, held each September–October at Fair Park in Dallas. With 2.5M+ attendees and 400,000 square feet of exhibit space, it reaches a massive audience across shopping, live entertainment, livestock, creative arts competitions, and food. Selection for new vendors is competitive and based on space availability, product uniqueness, references, and booth visual appeal — applications are accepted until August 31. This application does not cover food items (except pre-packaged), beverages, novelty items, midway booths, games, or rides; those require separate inquiries to concessions or games departments.

White Rock Farmers Market is a producer-only community market run by Good Local Markets, a Dallas-based nonprofit. All 100% of vendors source from within 150 miles of Dallas — produce, meats, cheese, bread, pickles, jams, and handcrafted artisan goods like furniture, jewelry, ceramics, and soaps. Artisan products must be completely handcrafted. Vendors who source locally and use natural products are preferred.
