Held each October at OKC Fair Park, Affair of the Heart is the largest arts, crafts, and boutique show in Oklahoma. Running since 1985, the three-day event draws hundreds of exhibitors—local and national crafters, artisans, boutique owners, and independent retailers showcasing handmade goods, jewelry, furniture, clothing, gourmet foods, and housewares. The show blends traditional crafters with a younger generation of artisans, all committed to reaching customers who shop intentionally for one-of-a-kind items and small-business support.

Premiere in 1985, Affair of the Heart has grown into a unique marketplace where local and national crafters, artisans, boutique owners and collectors can share and sell their products at OKC Fair Park. Three shows annually in Oklahoma City, the spring event features handmade items, boutique clothing, jewelry, home décor, gourmet foods and unique gifts from vendors across Oklahoma and beyond. Shows are committed to showcasing talented artisans, crafters and independent retailers in support of their crafts and the entire arts and crafts industry. Parking at the OKC Fair Park is free.

Braum's Affair of the Heart is one of the largest craft shows in the Southwest, occurring annually in June at OKC Fair Park in Oklahoma City. Explore 275+ local artists, makers, and small retailers featuring home goods, seasonal décor, unique crafts, tasty treats, and boutique clothing. The first show took place in 1985, and the Affair of the Heart shows showcase talented artisans, crafters, and independent retailers; in 2025 the founders sold the company to Marketplace Events.

Festival de Vida y Muerte is in its 5th annual year at Scissortail Park, celebrating Day of the Dead in November. The festival draws over 15,000 attendees and features 15 food trucks with classic comfort food and authentic Latin cuisine, plus a cultural market, community altars, live music, traditional dances, and interactive art activities. Community partners include Scissortail Park, Latino Community Development Agency, and Oklahoma City Public Schools. The event is free to attend.

Held in downtown Oklahoma City's Scissortail Park, Kickin' It On Route 66 is a free celebration of the Route 66 centennial. The event includes a full day of family-friendly activities beginning with a farmers market and concluding with an evening of live entertainment from artists with deep Oklahoma roots. The Kids Market showcases young entrepreneurs ages 5–17 creating and operating their own booths, selling products such as handmade crafts, artwork, baked goods, games and other creative items.

LIVE! on the Plaza is the Plaza District's free monthly art walk featuring art shows, live entertainment, great food and local shopping. Held every second Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. on NW 16th between Classen and Penn, the Plaza District is home to art galleries, studios, retail shops, restaurants and creative services. Known for promoting emerging artistic talent, Plaza District businesses open their doors during the art walk to feature monthly visual artists, performing artists and live musicians. Themed editions rotate throughout the year.

Held in downtown Oklahoma City at Scissortail Park, Oklahoma PrideFest is a three-day celebration by the Oklahoma Pride Alliance, running each June. The event attracts around 45,000 attendees — a large festival featuring local and national entertainment, vendors, and a parade. The Vendor Marketplace is the shopping hub featuring local businesses, makers, and community partners offering goods, services, and giveaways. Oklahoma Pride Alliance provides tents for all vendors, with each space approximately 10' x 10' or 10' x 20', and vendors have access to electricity. Minimum vendor hours are Friday 4–7 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., and Sunday 12–3 p.m., with vendors required to be present during these hours.

Held every Memorial Day weekend in Oklahoma City's historic Paseo Arts District, Paseo Arts Festival is a free annual event drawing thousands of visitors to see over 80 juried artists from across the country.
