In its 10th year, the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival showcases 120+ New York producers — wineries, breweries, distilleries, cideries, artisan food vendors, and food trucks — in a "try before you buy" farmer's market-style setup in Lake George. Wine is the anchor, but the festival pairs it carefully with artisan food to give attendees (and vendors) real sampling-and-purchase opportunities. New York producers only in craft beverage and artisan food categories. Draws regional tourism traffic from across the Northeast.

Held in Greenwich at the Washington County Fairgrounds just north of Albany, the Adirondack Wool & Arts Festival draws over 3,000 visitors for a two-day event celebrating fiber arts and crafts. Vendors are selected for the variety and quality they bring; expect a curated mix of exhibitors displaying wares professionally. Positioned near Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and Manchester, Vermont—solid foot traffic from the tourist corridor.

The City of Albany Office of Cultural Affairs produces multiple free public events throughout the year — Tulip Festival (spring), Alive at Five (Thursday evening series in June and July), DadFest (June), and Albany Riverfront Jazz Festival (September) — held across Washington Park, Downtown Albany, and Jennings Landing at Corning Riverfront Park. All events are juried; applications open two to three months before each event. Walk-in vendors are not permitted. Contact the Cultural Affairs Office for current space availability.

Weekly seasonal market at the Save-a-Lot plaza in Albion (run by Navarra's Farm Market) with produce, baked goods and handmade decor vendors.

Albion Strawberry Festival is a long-running community festival held each June in Albion. The event accepts craft vendors, food vendors, farmers'-market sellers, and business/information booths through separate applications — some categories fill early, so apply promptly. Vendors must obtain a health permit from the Orleans County Department of Health.

Alfred Farmers Market is a weekly Sunday gathering at the Bandstand in downtown Alfred, running June through October. The market draws produce vendors, food makers, and crafts — and hosts seasonal festivals like Market Sprouts (opening day) and an annual Renaissance Faire in August. Established, community-rooted event with live music programming throughout the season.

181st annual Allegany County Fair held each July in Angelica. County fair draws commercial exhibitors, concession vendors, and food stands alongside agricultural exhibits, animal shows, 4-H displays, demonstrations, and grandstand events. Free parking on fairgrounds (while space available). Vendors must complete deliveries before 10 a.m.

America's Grape Country Craft Beverage Festival is held in Dunkirk at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds. The festival welcomes craft beverage vendors alongside a dedicated Craft & Food vendor category. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until booth space fills — submit your vendor registration form to agcfestival@gmail.com.

Andover Farmers Market is in its second season, held Thursday afternoons on the front lawn of Andover Central School. The market was created by two community residents and draws growers and makers to a small-town venue in Allegany County.

Angelica Farmers' Market runs Saturdays June through late September in Park Circle, drawing produce, baked goods, and craft vendors to this Allegany County village market.

AppleUmpkin Fall Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried craft fair held each mid-to-late September in Wyoming. All work must be handcrafted by the applicant; commercial products and buy-sell merchandise are heavily restricted (capped at 10% of inventory). Jury selection is based on three photos of your work and display. Spaces are on grass with vehicle access for setup. Vendors are responsible for their own tents and tables. A panel of judges awards prizes based on display and creativity. You must collect and remit New York State sales tax (currently 8%).

Held each August in downtown Arcade, this annual arts-and-antiques festival fills Main Street with artisans, antique dealers, and craft vendors alongside food trucks, live music, and make-and-take projects. Cozy, walkable setting with strong community draw.

Arlington Farmers' Market runs Thursday evenings each May through October on the Vassar College Alumnae Lawn in Poughkeepsie. Vendor applications are managed through Manage My Market.

Held along Lark Street—dubbed Albany's "Village in the City" — Art on Lark is an annual summer street festival that celebrates local art and artisans in Albany. With an average yearly attendance of about 10,000 people, Art on Lark is the second largest street festival in upstate New York and has been voted the Capital Region's Best Arts Event by both the Times Union Readers Poll and Metroland. Painters, photographers, jewelers, ceramicists, food vendors, and musicians are among the nearly 100 artisans that take over the street. The event is being revived under new leadership at Lark Street BID and a partnership with Metroland.

Artists & Fleas operates year-round indoor markets in Chelsea (Manhattan) and Williamsburg (Brooklyn) with rolling applications and 50 sq ft spaces. Both locations offer heat, AC, electricity, and WiFi. Vendors must have a hand in the production and design of all products sold. Product categories span art & illustration, beauty & wellness, candles, clothing, jewelry, food & beverage, vintage, and more. EIN/resale number required.
