Boyd County Farmers Market operates in downtown Ashland as a 100% locally grown market supporting local farmers and artisans; all vendors must grow or make what they sell and reside within 50 miles of the Kentucky state border. Multiple locations: Tuesday and Thursday at Central Park in downtown Ashland, and Saturday at KDMC Cedar Knoll Family Care Center.

Held in Fulton each September, the Banana Festival draws craft and food vendors for a three-day event. Booth size is 12'x12'; if your setup extends beyond that footprint, you'll need to reserve additional spots. All vendors must carry an Occupational Business License — the festival will file on your behalf for the months covering the event and three months after. Returning vendors get priority in the application review queue.

Bardstown Farmers Market runs May through November on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings in downtown Bardstown. Everything sold is locally grown or locally homemade — produce, eggs, honey, baked goods, plants, flowers, herbs, and preserves. A straightforward neighborhood market with a strict local-sourcing rule.

Running since 1991, The Original Bardstown Road Farmers' Market hosts nearly 30 vendors every Saturday year-round in Louisville, offering seasonal produce, pastured meat and eggs, baked goods, prepared foods, cut flowers, honey, kombucha, and locally-made items. The market draws shoppers intentionally seeking to support local agriculture and has become the most popular farmers market in the Louisville area.

BBQ & Barrels is a downtown Owensboro street festival paired with a separate Artisan Craft Expo at the Convention Center. Food & beverage vendor spaces for the street festival are currently full. Arts & crafts vendors should apply for the Artisan Craft Expo booth.

Held in Winchester, Beer Cheese Festival centers on a regional specialty — expect professional and amateur beer cheese competitions, food vendors, art & crafts booths, and home-based business vendors. The amateur competition welcomes entries from home cooks; winners take cash prizes. Downtown businesses also have dedicated booth space.

Held each third Sunday in Bellevue from July through September, this farmers market at Bellevue Beach Park features conventional and organic vendors with fresh produce, value-added products, meats, cheeses, bread, gelato, and fermented goods. Beyond traditional market fare: live music, food trucks, animal encounters, and kids' activities. The market aims to highlight local products from the Ohio Valley region.

Running since 1981, Black Gold Festival celebrates Eastern Kentucky's coal heritage and the spirit of Hazard & Perry County. Held on Main Street, the festival draws thousands of visitors from all over the state. Expect around 38 food booths, craft vendors, and local businesses, along with live music and entertainment. All vendors must have a valid city occupational license or special event vendor license; you may be exempt from the license fee but must still fill out an application.

Held in downtown Princeton, Black Patch Festival celebrates the community's heritage with local vendors, artisans, and performers across a full day in September. The Optimist Club manages vendor applications.

Carroll County Fair, held in Carrollton behind Walmart off Highway 227, welcomes exhibitors, food vendors, nonprofits, and craftspeople. Booth spaces come with 20-amp electrical service; additional electrical hookups and RV camping with water/electric are available. The fair board reserves the right to limit booths offering similar products. All vendors must be approved by the board and are responsible for applicable licensing and sales-tax collection.

Carter County Fair in Grayson brings together livestock shows, 4-H exhibits, agriculture and horticulture competitions, carnival rides, live entertainment (talent show, live painting, demo derby, motorcross), and food vendors. The fairgrounds host a full community fair with blue ribbon competitions, petting zoo, and family attractions alongside vendor opportunities.
