Each winter Arts Visalia converts its visual art center into a holiday boutique of locally crafted gifts, with dozens of local artisans showing and selling what they make. Also runs in some years under the name Holiday Show & Sale.

Annual spring market run by Downtown Visalia, filling a downtown parking lot with local vendors selling baked treats, handmade apparel, toys, greenery arrangements, jewelry, home decor, lotions and candles. Paired with free face painting, train rides, kids' craft stations with the City of Visalia and Arts Visalia, and live radio.

Tulare County's largest outdoor art festival, presented by the Arts Consortium across three blocks of downtown Visalia. More than 70 regional visual artists sell paintings, sculpture, steel work, photography, gourds and jewelry alongside stage performances, printmaking workshops and food vendors. Artist booths for 2026 are sold out with a waitlist by email; food vendor applications were due June 24, 2026. Juried on originality, innovation, quality, aesthetic, value and body of work; no AI or resale art.

Visalia Farmers Market operates year-round in the heart of California's Central Valley—Saturdays at the Main Market downtown, plus Wednesday seasonal hours May through August at Shannon Ranch. Over 60 vendors bring certified local produce, handmade artisan goods, and community programming. The market accepts WIC, EBT, CalFresh, and Market Match, making it accessible across income levels. All farmers are certified; many offer organic. Artisan items are handmade only.
