Held in Bakersfield each September, the Kern County Fair celebrates its 110th anniversary in 2026 with a 12-day event attracting 300,000+ visitors. The fair blends livestock exhibitions, competitive exhibits, concerts, carnival rides, and rodeos with 70+ food vendors ranging from classic fair fare to creative new offerings. Expect commercial, concession, and artisan vendor opportunities. The fair doesn't offer exclusive product categories—except for souvenirs, balloons, inflatable toys, and glow items—so proximity to similar vendors is likely. Fair doesn't provide tables or chairs in booths; packet pickup is required before setup begins.
